Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
The Inside View™: Refunds are calculated based on the deliverables that have not yet been provided, as specified in the client contract.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive your proof of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval amount of your pro-rated refund.
If you are approved, then your pro-rated refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Speaking Events Cancellation
Keynote Presentations & Workshops: We know your event matters, and we're fully committed once we're on your calendar.
For that reason, all bookings for keynote presentations and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable once scheduled.
We make exceptions only when an act of God prevents the event from taking place, or when Science of Transformation is unable to fulfill the engagement on our end — in which case you'll receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Cancellation Process
If an act of God or unforeseen emergency has affected your scheduled event, we're here to help.
Here's how to get the process started:
1. Reach out within 48 hours — Contact us at tanner@thescienceoftransformation.edcuation as soon as possible after the qualifying event occurs.
2. Share your documentation — Send any supporting materials (emergency declarations, medical records, etc.) so we can review your situation.
3. We'll be in touch — Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and notify you of the decision.
4. Refund or reschedule — If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, or we'll work with you to find a new date.
